She received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in International Business Management with a minor in Marketing. She has held a variety of professional positions commencing as a Senior Executive Assistant for C-Suite Principals, Partners and Directors. She supported the Vice-Chairman of the Midwest Region, the National Industry Marketing Lead, the US National Marketing and Brand Lead, US Brand and Image Development Lead, Marketing and Business Development Midwest Lead, the BDM of Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Sales and the Chief Inclusion Officer.
Mary has over 27 years of experience in public and private sectors. Prior to employment with Deloitte she worked for the Dr. Scholl Foundation as an Executive Administrator for the President. She worked closely with the U.S. and International Board members on grant procedurals and approvals. Her preceding work experience includes Arthur Anderson, and Accenture in Consulting, Human Resources, and Global Security.
Mary has been involved in many civic and charitable organizations. She is the President of HNET (Hispanic Networking Group) at Deloitte and has received Leadership and Outstanding member awards for several years. Mary was invited to join the newly formed Inclusion Council with Leadership at Deloitte.
She volunteers at the Zacharias Center in Lake County as a Medical and Court Advocate, the MESS Canteen (Metropolitan Emergency Support Services) working alongside 50 fire departments and 107 police departments in Lake County, Big Shoulder Fund, Red Cross and ENH (Erie Neighborhood House.) Mary is currently the Mujeres De HACE Alumnae Board Chair.
