DESIRAY GLASS

Board Member

Desiray Glass currently serves as a member of the HACE Young Professionals Board. She is an Initiatives Manager at JLL, on the Bank of America account, where she manages a National program for the client via their Integrated Facilities Management platform. JLL is a professional services and investment management real estate firm. On the account, she serves as a member of the Center of Excellence team and is a key resource to Facility Managers throughout the country as it relates to Facility Condition Inspections. Desiray is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion at JLL and knows the importance of giving back to the communities where employees live and work. She is also passionate about enabling all to bring their whole selves to the table. Today she serves as the Chicago Lead/Chair for the Latino Employee Resource Network (LERN) on the National Advisory Board, and organizes the firms largest volunteer event with Chicago Cares, JLL Service Day. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for Junior Achievement and assists in managing the relationship the firm has with JA.

Experience 

Prior to JLL, Desiray worked for a boutique real estate firm, Zeller Realty Group, where she was an Assistant Property Manager, overseeing and managing their suburban portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of Class A Office Space. She served as part of the Software Enhancement and Financial Operations subcommittees, which lead to her interest in innovative business solutions and efficiencies.

Education and Affiliations 

Desiray is a graduate of North Park University in Chicago, where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Organizational Leadership and Management. She is also a proud member of the National Omicron-Psi Honor Society.
