The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals. Since 1982, HACE has served as a resource for Latinos in the workplace and an expert matter for corporations seeking to access divers talent. Through professional development, resources and networks, and by facilitating access to meaningful career opportunities, HACE helps Latinos succeed in every phase of their careers. With a network of over 52,000 members across the country, HACE works with employers to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic economy by helping them attract, develop and retain Latino and diverse professionals.

Mujeres de HACE Alumnae Board
Mujeres de HACE is geared to empower high-potential Latinas by providing insight, access and professional development. Over 700 Latinas have seen significant changes and promotions in their careers as a result of the program. The Mujeres de HACE Board focuses on promoting, fundraising and engaging the program alumnae all across the country. Boards are active in Chicago, New York, D.C. and Houston and expanding.
Young Professionals Board of Chicago
The HACE Young Professionals Board (HYPB) was established to support the work of HACE through ambassadorship and fundraising. The board participates in leadership and professional development, plans networking and fundraising events and helps promote the HACE mission to Latino young professionals.
