Caterina Oliveri

Board Member

Caterina Oliveri is a Major Case Specialist for the City of Chicago where she leads complex and high-profile investigations involving Chicago Police Department members.  Prior to the City of Chicago, Caterina was a federal contractor under USIS, serving as a manager and Lead Senior Analyst for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Caterina is passionate about her work and has approximately 15 years of investigative and analytical experience. 

Growing up in Chicago, she embraced community engagement beginning from childhood into her adult life via music and dance. She showed her passion for her Latino heritage as a Colombian folklore dancer and later as an Artistic Director for several years. 

She is a current board member for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) Mujeres Board and is a proud alumnae from the Mujeres de HACE women’s leadership program.

Caterina received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UIC. She earned an MBA and a Masters of Management in Law Enforcement Administration from Robert Morris University. Caterina is a proud wife, step-mother, dog mom, daughter, sibling and friend. She loves to spend time with family, experience new dining venues, listen and dance to live music, travel and cuddle with her dog, Nova.
