This year’s theme of “Our Collective Power: LATINOVATE 2020” will facilitate critical dialogues on relevant issues faced by Latino professionals. HACE will showcase best practices and stories to inspire individuals to become leaders of their own destiny in the workplace, life and for their communities.
The year 2020 is particularly significant for Latinx for several reasons: from a representation stand point with the U.S. Census Bureau Survey, a political stance with the presidential election, and from a workforce management standpoint, as the fastest growing and youngest emerging talent group. Our future depends on our ability to strengthen our communities, collaborate, and increase our visibility as one collective group.
This annual event attracts hundreds of engaged individuals from around the nation, from various sectors and industries, and from all experience levels. The summit provides a powerful learning and networking opportunity for all professionals, whether well established in their career, or looking to transition.

NATIONAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
Join us for a day and a half of professional development workshops, networking, luncheon with corporate awards and keynote, panel discussions focused on diversity & inclusion and career topics for Latinxs. This is an opportunity for emerging and mid-level professionals to strengthen their network and build their toolkit to advance into senior roles. Awards dinner is optional.

This annual evening celebration brings over 500 Latino leaders to recognize the accomplishment of our members and partners who demonstrate leadership through the HACE mission to lift Latinos at work and in our communities. We will announce our leadership awards and Dr. Ervin “Vinny” Caraballo scholarship recipients.

CAREER SUMMIT & EXPO
This annual event is the largest gathering of Latino professionals, actively or passively exploring career opportunities through an interactive pop-up career fair.
