WE ARE HACE – Paco Lebron

Vice Chairman of HYPB, Paco Lebron, has learned through the organization that a great leader helps guide by example and when you realize that “life happens for you, not to you” the amount of opportunities available to you are endless. Paco provides support for the board’s Chair, but also coordinating efforts between all members and chairs to provide impactful experiences for the HACE network. His favorite memory thus far has been the first Masquerade Ball. The event allowed him to not only see that an event thrown by young professionals can not only be productive and beneficial, but fun.

As Paco continues to grow older, he continues to notice the paralleling similarities between him and his father, which allows him to not only gain experience head on but avoid any potential mistakes.
