Director of Strategic Partnerships
Stefany Jacobo is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and leads the cultivation of relationships with corporate sponsors. She began her career with the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute where she gained significant experience as the Finance and Development Coordinator. Stefany coordinated over 50 Leadership Summits for middle and high school students from underserved communities across the nation. Her mission in life is to continue to create awareness on the needs of our communities and continue to empower others.
Stefany was the 2016 Miss US Latina and was recognized as Negocios Now “40 Under 40.” She continues to pursue her passion in diversity and equity, making every effort to ensure that positive changes are made toward creating a more inclusive workplace for all. Stefany empowers her colleagues to lead at the intersection of identity, equity, and unity by fostering their individuality and differences.
