ALZA Advanced Leadership Program

ALZA (Advanced Latino Leadership Program) is a dynamic and culturally relevant program. It is designed to elevate Latino/a/x/e leaders’ careers by preparing them for C-Suite level roles. ALZA helps leaders improve their effectiveness by exploring the psychology of Latino/a/x/e individuals’ challenges in climbing the corporate ladder, discussing workplace politics, and strategically creating allies to support one another.

ALZA uses the Insights© Global Discovery Transformational Leadership model as its foundation, which promotes a holistic approach to leadership development. This allows leaders to understand personal strengths and challenges in their leadership approaches. ALZA leaders learn how their preferences impact leadership competencies and how to apply neuroplasticity to their leadership development.
