Amy Grace is the Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Talent at Hydro One and based in Toronto, Ontario. Among Grace’s responsibilities are the development, implementation, management and delivery of the talent management infrastructure as well as strategic human capital planning for the enterprise. Within the role are the leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion and performance management functions. Grace also oversees the recruiting function.

Before joining Hydro One, Grace was the Head of Talent at Enbridge, formerly Spectra Energy. Grace also held the role of Vice President, Talent, for a major company in Toronto and also at Halliburton, dually based in Houston, Texas, and Dubai, UAE. At Starbucks, Grace was the International Strategy Manager, where she was responsible for establishing and launching the company’s store presence throughout Asia Pacific and China. Her experience also includes consulting with PwC and consulting independently. Grace holds a bachelor of arts in English, a bachelor of science in psychology and a master’s degree in psychology. Amy recently completed the Forum program with the Center for Houston’s Future, “Houston’s Think Tank.”

Grace is a member of the International Women’s Forum. She currently serves on the board for Communities in Schools, Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and has served on numerous academic and arts boards. In addition to her non-profit board work, she has served as a docent at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and at TUTS (Theatre Under the Stars).
