Olga has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Olga authored a graduate thesis, that focuses on the imperative need for financial institutions to provide culturally-relevant financial services to better engage today’s culturally diverse society. Her overall mission is to join collective efforts to help close the U.S. wealth gap, for Latinas (women of color). Olga is the Founder and CEO for FARO Associates LLC (woman-owned/Minority Business Enterprise), providing consulting and financial services to various institutional entities.
