In this role, she leads Unilever’s mission to achieve equity in talent management, branding, and supplier diversity. Before Unilever, she served as the Second Vice President of Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion at Travelers Insurance. In this global role, she integrated diversity and inclusion strategies into business practices and processes across the company.
