Elevando Latino Leadership Program

HACE’s Elevando Latino Leadership Program (ELLP), formerly known as Emerging Latino Leadership Program, is geared towards high potential and high performing middle-level managers and new directors from the Latino/a/x/e community. The cohort-based program enables them to lead their teams and organizations more effectively. The curriculum assists in mastering the multiple roles and unique challenges that Latino/a/x/e professionals face through self-reflection and coaching, peer mentoring and culturally relevant content and conversations.

Participant Profile

• Managers & Directors
• High Potential ERG Leaders
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5-10+ years of professional experience (or higher and seeking culturally relevant leadership development)

I remember hearing the phrase, “Go where you are valued, not just tolerated,” and it stayed with me. HACE helped me truly believe it—and more importantly, live it. Being part of this community opened my eyes to the value I bring to the table: my perspective, my leadership style, my voice. It gave me the tools and confidence to own my story and take up space with purpose. Since then, I’ve been intentional about aligning my career with places and people that recognize and celebrate my contributions. HACE didn’t just impact my career—it reshaped how I see myself as a leader, and how I lead others.
