You’re not alone. Imposter syndrome plagues many, but how does it affect the Latinx professional?  Think of imposter syndrome as the ultimate telenovela playing in your head. You’re the protagonista, battling villains like “La Duda” (doubt) and “El Miedo” (fear), while navigating twists and turns of microaggressions and societal expectations. We’ll hear from members of the community who have played this novela in their head and discuss how to break down the common tropes of this internal telenovela.  But just like a telenovela, this story doesn’t have to end in tears! Join us as we flip the script on imposter syndrome. We’ll share strategies to rewrite our internal narratives, silence the negative voices, and celebrate our achievements with a “¡Basta Ya!” (enough is enough) attitude.
