Marketing and Communications Manager
Julian is the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, where he oversees all things digital including email marketing, social media, website development, paid digital ads, HACE’s annual giving campaign and content creation. Julian has strong narration skills and a gift at making information both accessible and engaging. HACE’s mission not only aligns with his own personal upbringing – which holds true to the saying, “We rise by lifting others” – but also reinforces his desire to give back to future generations.
Julian has previously worked for the Executive Office staff of Sigma Lambda Beta and continues to stay connected to the national fraternity by volunteering his time with marketing, mentorship and helping plan for leadership development opportunities. He is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Julian is a Northwest Indiana native and received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of Iowa. He believes that in order to lead at the intersection of identity, equity, and unity one must be an active listener.
