As vice president of Experience Management (XM) Services & Support, Maty is responsible for leading the Technical Consulting and Support teams involved in the implementation, customization, testing, and support of Verint Experience Management solutions. Maty leads services & support Customer Experience (CX) with a focus on providing a better experience for customers, providing analysis and insights that increase the value of their solution, and effective transitions from services to support to minimize customer effort.
Previously, Maty held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Project Management at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). In this role, she was responsible for helping HCSC achieve its objectives by ensuring the prioritization, governance, and delivery of the enterprise portfolio. Maty has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry, and has held strategic leadership roles at U.S. Cellular Corporation, Kantar Operations North America, CNA Insurance, GMAC and Information Resources, Inc.
Maty holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
