Participant Profile

• High Potential Individual Contributors
• 0-5 years of professional experience

The most valuable thing I gained from this program was the chance to be in community with other Latina women, where I could reflect on how our culture and upbringing shape the way we show up professionally. I appreciated the space to observe, learn, and absorb tools that will help me continue to grow. Rebranding my story, understanding my color energies, and learning how to better navigate workplace dynamics were all valuable takeaways I will carry with me.
