Partnership Engagement Manager
Roger Casilla is the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement’s Engagement Manager. He is the co-Founder of Canal Squad, an organization whose mission is to lead, educate and promote a healthy lifestyle through preventative health. He joined HACE because it aligned with his purpose and values to create pathways for future generations and continually open doors.
In Roger’s first career, he worked for the City of Indianapolis for 5 years, where he spent 3 years as Account Billing Coordinator and in his final 2 years as Lead Payroll Specialist for the Department of Public Works. He believed that he had found his true calling until he recognized a stronger desire to build a better future through empowerment.
Roger empowers his colleagues to bring their authentic self and ideas. He believes this will bring forward the awareness that although we are different, fairness and equity should be permitted to all.
