Partner Engagement Manager
Suhaill is an experienced executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit sector. She is a high-spirited leader with a proven record of building teams that are high-performing, collaborative, and mission-centered.
During her time with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, she led various diversity and inclusion initiatives which helped inform program content delivery was broad reaching and responsive to varied MS community needs for educational programs in the United States and Puerto Rico. Suhaill led the National Multicultural Council comprised of key stakeholders in the MS community charged with developing the Diversity and Inclusion Strategies that helped inform the Society’s need to build trust within diverse populations. She served on a hand-picked team responsible for developing the Nationwide Strategic Plan for the Programs Department. She worked collaboratively, with the MS Society of Canada, MS Foundation of Puerto Rico (Fundación Esclerosis Múltiple de Puerto Rico) and MS Association of Spain (Asociación Española de Esclerosis Múltiple).
Suhaill prides herself in having the ability to find her niche within any group while supporting other’s efforts for the greater good. She is a proud alumna from Florida State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work degrees.
