Anthony Sis is a cross-sector talent and engagement strategist with deep expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), organizational effectiveness, and enterprise communications. With a career spanning higher education, global consulting, and corporate leadership, Anthony is known for cultivating inclusive workplaces, aligning talent with purpose, and driving organizational change through strategic collaboration.
As Senior Manager of Talent and Engagement at GoHealth, Anthony leads initiatives that optimize HR operations such as onboarding and performance enablement, elevate the employer brand, and advance employee engagement. Previously, Anthony served as a Management Consultant in Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice, guiding DE&I strategy, sustainability-focused learning, and workforce inclusion across a 3,000-person business unit. His previous roles at Cornell University and Addison Group allowed him to lead transformative programming, where he facilitated over 100 DE&I trainings and created internal communication systems that advanced organizational culture.
Anthony’s leadership is rooted in a people-first philosophy, emphasizing inclusive practices that strengthen workplace culture and foster strategic partnerships. He builds environments where inclusion accelerates performance and where core values are actively translated into measurable, long-term institutional impact. When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys traveling to places from his growing bucket list, running races, and attending concerts around the world.
