Vice President of Leadership Programs
Cristian Biviano (he/him/his) is a seasoned DEI and Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience building equitable pathways and diverse talent pipelines across corporate, government, and higher education sectors. In his role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for University Relations & Diversity Initiatives at Olam Food Ingredients (ofi), Cristian launched the company’s first-ever centralized North America internship program, earning recognition as one of the Top 100 Internship Programs in the U.S. His work reflects a deep commitment to creating opportunities for first-generation and underrepresented talent to thrive.
Cristian’s expertise spans early career recruitment, leadership program design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership building. His ability to blend data-driven strategies with culturally responsive programming has advanced equity initiatives and strengthened organizational impact across multiple industries.
In 2025, Cristian was honored as one of Negocios Now’s Latino 40 Under 40 for his contributions to advancing Latino leadership and equity. Passionate about expanding access to career and leadership opportunities, he leverages his skills to empower individuals, foster inclusion, and drive meaningful change.
A double alum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Cristian holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, as well as a Master’s in Education from the University of Southern California. Beyond his professional roles, he serves as President of the University of Illinois Latina/Latino Alumni Association and actively mentors first-generation students and emerging leaders.
