HACE Summit 2

This session focuses on leveraging storytelling to support and inspire meaningful allyship for immigrant and DACA employees in the workplace. Through personal narratives, practical tools attendees will learn how to identify opportunities for allyship, use storytelling as a tool for advocacy, and create systems of support that empower immigrant and DACA employees. Attendees will learn how storytelling can increase awareness of the unique challenges and contributions of immigrant and DACA individuals to create safe spaces for dialogue, amplify underrepresented voices, and foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.

ERGs can strengthen their impact by partnering with local nonprofits and community organizations. This session will explore
strategies for creating partnerships that align with both ERG priorities and organizational structure needs. Panelists will share case studies of ERGs successfully driving social change through such collaborations.
