This session focuses on leveraging storytelling to support and inspire meaningful allyship for immigrant and DACA employees in the workplace. Through personal narratives, practical tools attendees will learn how to identify opportunities for allyship, use storytelling as a tool for advocacy, and create systems of support that empower immigrant and DACA employees. Attendees will learn how storytelling can increase awareness of the unique challenges and contributions of immigrant and DACA individuals to create safe spaces for dialogue, amplify underrepresented voices, and foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.

This session explores how companies can create partnerships with Latino and diverse communities to build talent pipelines that address workforce gaps and develop future leaders. Panelists will share strategies for engaging with educational institutions, and advocacy groups to provide mentorship, skill-building opportunities, and career development programs that benefit the workplace environment.
