Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, Johnson & Johnson
Fernando Delgado joined the Johnson and Johnson family as the new Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition in July of 2020. In this role Fernando sets the strategies and direction for a global team to attract and hire the top executive talent in all countries that J&J operates.
Fernando has also an entrepreneurial spirit and became Partner at Claremont Consulting where he helped establish, build, and scale their business in the Americas. Prior to Claremont he was with Johnson Controls where he served as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition. At JCI he led many global initiatives to including the creation of a Global Executive Search function, the revamp of University Relations, and prioritizing a Diversity & Inclusion strategy. While in Milwaukee he was Board Member and active sponsor and participant of HPGM (Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee).
Earlier in Fernando’s career he worked in talent acquisition for some of the world’s leading companies, namely: Siemens, Deloitte, and Coke learning and advancing their TA functions and capabilities.He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and loves to leverage technology and AI to increase quality, speed, and reliability of acquiring talent. Leveraging technology to build relationships at scale. Fernando is first and foremost a proud father of two lovely daughters Brianna and Sabrina and devoted husband to his wife, Paola. He enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures and he’s an avid soccer player and boating aficionado.
