Talent Acquisition
HACE’s career portal comprises over 30,000+ job openings from partners who integrate their job site with our job board or post manually. The board has over 37,000+ subscribers and is growing daily. Available as an add–on to partners with a job scrape subscription, HACE’s resume database allows recruiters to search using keywords and the option to request to meet with potential candidates. The HACE career portal has over 2,000+ resumes and continues to grow with new subscribers daily.
VIRTUAL CAREER FAIRS
HACE hosts career fairs several times throughout the year to match potential job seekers and recruiters. Events in May and September focus on professional level candidates while in October, it focuses on college students, recent graduates, and early career. Several sponsor packages are available.
DIGITAL MARKETING AND BRANDING
Our digital branding packages are designed to help spotlight your company and key initiatives within our membership network. In 2025, we will continue to host Cafecito con HACE, our popular virtual chat series, alongside monthly webinars that cover a wide range of career-focused topics. The Virtual Inclusion Series serves as an exclusive platform to spotlight our esteemed partners. This event offers our network members a unique opportunity to explore career opportunities within partner companies, with a specific focus on diverse industries. Through engaging panel discussions and interactive Q&A sessions, participants gain valuable insights into each featured company. MUJERES DE HACE WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
This cohort–based leadership program targets high–potential Latina leaders at a mid-management level to help them become senior leaders. It is designed to empower high-potential Latinas to succeed professionally and thrive personally by providing insight, access, and professional development in a culturally relevant manner.
HOMBRES DE HACE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Through culturally relevant curriculum, participants will reflect on their leadership traits and competencies by examining how they intersect with gender and cultural nuances.
ELEVANDO LATINO LEADERS PROGRAM
This cohort–based leadership program engages high–potential Latino managers and supervisors through a dynamic and intensive Action Learning Experience that will transform emerging Latino/a/x/e professionals into high–performing leaders. The program covers 8 sessions, by developing the skills necessary to promote immediate and sustainable results for themselves and their organizations.
Multicultural LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP) is designed for underrepresented talent to build self-awareness on the cultural values and unique challenges faced in the workplace.
HACE COLORES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
HACE Colores aims to provide a safe environment for participants to enhance their leadership skills so they can lead authentically, confidently, and effectively. Participants will explore various challenges and opportunities that are specific to the intersectional LGBTQIA+ community.
ALZA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
ALZA Advanced Latino Leadership Program is a dynamic and culturally relevant program. It is designed to elevate Latino/a/x/e leaders’ careers by preparing them for C-Suite level roles.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
HACE connects your comany with subject matter experts to deliver professional development workshops, both in person and virtually. These workshops focus on leadership development, career trends, cultural values, and growth areas that empower professionals to advance into leadership roles. With over 8 engaging topics available, sessions range from 60 minutes to 3 hours, offering flexible options to meet your team’s needs.

ANNUAL NATIONAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
HACE is committed to advancing the professional development of individuals from underrepresented talent pools, with a focus on empowering Latinos and multicultural communities. Through our leadership programs, resources, and events, we aim to close representation gaps in industries where diversity has been historically lacking.
Over the course of this two-day hybrid event, with 1,000+ attendees, the HACE community will engage in dynamic sessions led by subject matter experts from leading industries.
