Talent Acquisition

HACE’s career portal comprises over 30,000+ job openings from partners who integrate their job site with our job board, or post manually. The board has over 37K+ subscribers and is growing daily. Available as an add–on to partners with a job scrape subscription, HACE’s resume database allows recruiters to search by state and keywords and request to meet with potential candidates. It has over 1.5K resumes and continues to grow with new subscribers.

VIRTUAL CAREER FAIRS

Three times a year, HACE hosts a career fair to match potential job seekers and recruiters. Events in May and August focus on professional level candidates, and an event in October on college students and recent graduates. Several sponsor packets are available for your booth.

Virtual Inclusion Series stands out as an exclusive platform spotlighting our esteemed partners. Through engaging panel discussions and interactive Q&A sessions, participants gain valuable insights into each featured company. MUJERES DE HACE WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

This cohortbased leadership program targets highpotential Latina leaders at a mid-management level to help them become senior leaders. It is designed to empower high-potential Latinas to succeed professionally and thrive personally by providing insight, access, and professional development in a culturally relevant manner.  

HOMBRES DE HACE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Through culturally relevant curriculum, participants will reflect on their leadership traits and competencies by examining how they intersect with gender and cultural nuances, which impact Latinos in the workplace. The program aims to strengthen the pipeline of Latino/x /e talent.  

ELEVANDO LATINO LEADERS PROGRAM

This cohortbased leadership program engages highpotential Latino managers and supervisors through a dynamic and intensive Action Learning Experience that will transform emerging Latino professionals into highperforming leaders. The program covers 8 sessions, by developing the skills necessary to promote immediate and sustainable results for themselves and their organizations.  

Multicultural LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP) is designed for professionals of color to build self-awareness on the cultural values and unique challenges faced in the workplace

HACE COLORES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

HACE Colores aims to provide a safe environment for participants to enhance their leadership skills so they can lead authentically, confidently, and effectively. Participants will explore various challenges and opportunities that are specific to the intersectional LGBTQIA+ community.

ALZA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

ALZA Advanced Latino Leadership Program is a dynamic and culturally relevant program. It is designed to elevate Latino/a/x/e leaders’ careers by preparing them for C-Suite level roles.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

HACE provides subject matter experts to deliver professional development workshops, both in person and virtually focused on leadership development, Latino career trends, cultural values and areas of growth that empower Latino professionals to become leaders. Over 8 topics are available from 60 minutes to 3hour sessions.

ANNUAL NATIONAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

As HACE’s signature event of the year, the annual 2-day summit engages over 1,000 Latino executives, managers, ERG leaders and our alumni network from national companies with opportunities to learn and share stories and best practices on culturally relevant topics relating to diversity, inclusion, career and leadership development. Choose from a variety of sponsorship packages. 

ANNUAL CHIEF DIVERSITY OFFICER ROUNDTABLE

HACE convenes senior-level diversity and inclusion workforce practitioners to engage in a substantive moderated dialogue on corporate strategies specifically addressing issues related to the Latinx workforce and on building a sustainable pipeline of Latino leaders. Offered exclusively to our partners. 

REGIONAL AUXILIARY BOARD EVENTS

Sponsor a networking or professional development event with a local auxiliary board to connect with professionals from our various markets. Some of their signature events include: DC Women’s Empowerment Brief, Annual Women’s Leadership Brunch, Verano Velada Networking, Annual Leadership Summit of Houston. 

ERG SYMPOSIUM

HACE will be hosting its first mini virtual summit to share best practices for new and seasoned ERGs during Hispanic Heritage Month. The half-day event will be inspirational, relevant to the challenges of our times, and will create a strong network of Latino ERG Leaders across the country.
