Kim is dedicated to developing others to their highest potential through a balanced combination of education, design and innovation. For the past 10 years, she has been living her passion in leading groundbreaking professional development programs, executing projects that meet organizational needs and designing experiences that create lasting impacts. Leveraging her M.S.Ed. in Instructional Technology combined with her Project Management Professional Certification work together to create a powerful foundation for the execution of programs and development strategies, but it is her balanced approach that builds happy, engaged teams.
When she is not developing today’s leaders, she is a committed volunteer, avid yogi, aspiring farmer and definite tiny house dweller. On any given day, you can find her changing the world through active non-profit board participation, in the yoga studio practicing her inversions or fishing for bass with her chickens in the backyard pond. This passion for life enhances her professional work by making her an inspiring leader, a consistent contributor and a good friend.
