Leticia Alcantara

Leticia Alcantara is a trusted accountant and leader, ensuring the well-being of an organization’s financial management and leadership. Leticia is the Accounting Manager/Executive Assistant at Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE). As the Accounting Manager, she manages the organizations financial accounts, budgets, cash receipts and financial assets. As the Executive Assistant she will manage the President & CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. She is honest, determined and has a strong work ethic.

She has always wanted to work with an organization that supports others in their career growth. When she graduated college, she realized how hard it was to find a job as an Accountant. With over ten years of experience as a clerk, assistant and customer service representative, she achieved a goal of beginning her first accounting role in 2015, that helped her catapult her career in Accounting. Although she is behind the scenes of the HACE organization, her role is critical to achieving the HACE mission, and she loves how HACE supports, encourages and guides Latinos in their career growth.

Leticia earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. On her free time, Leticia enjoys spending time with her family.
