Director of Leadership Programs
An educator at heart, Lisandra is passionate about bringing her unique perspective and approach to the work that she does as a servant leader for her community. Prior to making the transition to the non-profit world, Lisandra served in multiple roles within a variety of higher education institutions, gaining experience in project and program management, event planning, advising and coaching, recruiting, presentation and training delivery, and serving as an adjunct professor for undergraduate students. She has successfully developed relationships with key stakeholders, community partners, and continuously works towards amplifying the organization’s national presence through elevating its programs for high-impact results.
Lisandra oversees the day-to-day development, management, and delivery of HACE’s leadership programs and related initiatives. She places a strong focus on impact through establishing success metrics, driving program improvements via ongoing evaluation, and exploring program innovation using data-driven insights. Lisandra is an alumna of the Mujeres de HACE leadership program. Social justice, equity, and access is at the core of her passion for driving positive change and advocating for historically marginalized and underrepresented voices.
Lisandra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish at Florida Atlantic University, her Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Central Florida and has a Graduate Certificate in Education Leadership & Management from Northeastern University.
