Senior Program Manager
An educator at heart, Lisandra is passionate about bringing her unique perspective and approach to the work that she does as a servant leader for her community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish at Florida Atlantic University and her Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Central Florida. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University. Her dissertation focuses on the complexities of Latinx, first-generation college student persistence.
Lisandra has served in multiple roles within a variety of higher education institutions, gaining experience in project and program management, event planning, advising and coaching, recruiting, presentation and training delivery, teaching, developing relationships with key stakeholders and community partners, and more. She is an alumna of the Mujeres de HACE leadership program. Social justice, equity, and access is at the core of her passion for driving positive change and advocating for marginalized and underrepresented voices.
