Lissette Estepa is a senior Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) leader with over two decades of experience driving strategic talent management, employee engagement, and inclusive workplace culture across corporate, government, and educational sectors. As Sr. Manager of DE&I for Ross Stores’ Supply Chain, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that foster belonging, fairness, and community for thousands of associates.
Her career includes high-profile employee relations investigations, national recruitment strategies, and measurable diversity hiring gains, including a 30% increase in diverse educator recruitment for Denver Public Schools. A certified diversity professional and bilingual communicator in English and Spanish, Lissette is recognized for building strong partnerships, navigating complex challenges, and delivering sustainable people-focused solutions.
She holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating magna cum laude from both institutions.
