Noel immigrated from Cuba at the age of seven and grew up in Miami, FL, where his journey toward leadership and service began. With a corporate background in training, learning, and development, Noel built a successful career helping others grow. However, the COVID-19 pandemic sparked a profound reflection on purpose and impact. Encouraged by his professional network and driven by a desire to create meaningful change, he transitioned into the nonprofit sector to align his work with his values.
As a first-generation immigrant, young professional, and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Noel is committed to elevating underrepresented voices and opening pathways to leadership for traditionally marginalized groups.
He holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida International University. Passionate about cultivating diverse leaders and challenging the status quo of power, Noel continues to advocate for inclusive leadership across all sectors.
He resides in Orlando, FL, with his husband, Carlos, and their spoiled pup, Pepa.
