Patty’s acumen extends to talent development, where a strong focus on coaching and mentorship has cultivated high-performing teams. With deep expertise in risk management, customer advocacy, and an intricate understanding of claims processes, Patty brings a unique blend of operational foresight and people-centric leadership.
Living into her values of continuous learning and growth, Patty obtained her MBA in 2023. She is passionate about giving back to her community, most recently volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to support children in the dependency court system. In her free time, she enjoys pickleball, yoga, hiking and travel.
