Hombres de HACE
The Hombres de HACE Men’s Leadership program focuses on developing and advancing Latino professionals to increase representation within the workforce. The program aims to strengthen the pipeline of Latino/x/e talent. Through a culturally relevant curriculum, participants will reflect on their leadership traits and competencies by examining how they intersect with gender and cultural nuances, that impact Latinos in the workplace.
Participants will also explore various topics that will allow them to look inward (examining their individual perceptions of what qualities encompass an effective leader and how they can become authentic and effective leaders by leveraging their Latinidad). Participants will engage in discussions and activities that help them tackle societal norms, cultural stereotypes, and expectations placed on Latino/x/e leaders. This will enable them to deliver bottom-line results to their organizations, which will contribute to their successful career journeys.
