Today, 45 years later, that vision continues to move us forward. HACE has grown into a national community of leaders, alumni, partners, and changemakers who continue to open doors, create pathways, and expand what is possible for the generations that follow.

In 2027, as HACE celebrates its 45th anniversary, the HACE National Leadership Summit invites our community to honor the people, progress, and experiences that brought us here while looking boldly toward what comes next.

Our theme, “Honoring The Past, Leading El Futuro,” recognizes that the future of leadership is built on the lessons, sacrifices, achievements, and pathways created by those who came before us. As workplaces, communities, and industries continue to evolve, we have an opportunity—and a responsibility—to carry that legacy forward while creating even greater possibilities for the next generation.

Over two powerful days, leaders, professionals, partners, and changemakers from across the country will come together for meaningful conversations, practical learning, and connection. Through thought-provoking sessions led by industry experts and community leaders, attendees will explore the forces shaping today’s workplace and develop the skills, relationships, and perspectives needed to lead what comes next.
