For 45 years, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) has opened doors, created opportunities, and empowered Latino professionals to grow, lead, and shape the future of the workforce.
Our story is one of possibility, perseverance, and the power of investing in people. Through leadership development, career advancement, mentorship, and community, HACE has helped generations of Latino professionals turn ambition into achievement and potential into impact.
But our work is far from finished.
As we celebrate 45 years of impact, we look ahead to the countless futures still waiting to be shaped. Your generosity helps HACE continue building pathways to leadership, expanding access to opportunities, and investing in the next generation of Latino leaders.
Your contribution is more than a donation. It is an investment in opportunity, representation, and the leaders who will shape tomorrow.
Join us in honoring the legacy we’ve built together and creating what comes next. Every gift helps move our mission forward and ensures that more professionals have the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
