Through personal narratives, practical tools attendees will learn how to identify opportunities for allyship, use storytelling as a tool for advocacy, and create systems of support that empower immigrant and DACA employees. Attendees will learn how storytelling can increase awareness of the unique challenges and contributions of immigrant and DACA individuals to create safe spaces for dialogue, amplify underrepresented voices, and foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
