HACE Summit 2026 (4/29-4/30, 2026 | Chicago)

At HACE, we believe everyone has the right to realize dreams bigger than their circumstances. Our mission is simple yet transformative: to unlock the full potential of Latinos and diverse individuals for themselves and their communities.

This year, our summit theme is “Breaking Barreras: Cultivating the Power of Líderes.” Over two powerful days, barrier-breakers from across our community will come together for transformative sessions led by thought leaders and industry experts. Together, we’ll boldly seek new pathways to growth, dismantle what holds us back, and transform the trajectory for the next generation of leaders.

The phrase “Breaking Barreras” embodies the courage to challenge the status quo and create new possibilities. By “Cultivating the Power of Líderes,” we honor our commitment to nurturing leadership potential across all communities—because when one person’s potential is ignited, it creates a ripple effect for the entire organization, community, and economy.

Our HACE alumni don’t just break barriers—they create pathways. From teachers inspiring students to business owners and CEOs generating jobs, they represent the best of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.

Join us in building a future where leaders rise, barriers fall, and communities thrive. Because we can be Más.

Date: April 29–30, 2026

Location: Convene at Willis Tower (233 S Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60606)

2026 Summit Keynote Speakers

Daniel Suárez’s story begins in Monterrey, Mexico, where he grew up working in his father’s restoration shop. Surrounded by cars and family, his passion for racing ignited early. At just 10 years old, he attended his first race at a local racetrack with his dad, and after jumping into a go-kart for the first time, he instantly knew racing was his future. His family made significant sacrifices to support his growing dream, and their unwavering encouragement helped shape the drive and perseverance that continue to define his career.

Despite a system lacking Latino representation and no roadmap for Mexican drivers, Daniel remained unshaken, driving from Monterrey to Charlotte, North Carolina, determined to pursue the American dream. Fueled by this resilience, he became the first Latin American and the first NASCAR Drive for Diversity graduate to win a NASCAR national series title when he captured the 2016 O’Reilly Series Championship.
