“Breaking barriers, to me, meant leaving the comfort of a corporate career to reinvent myself and launch my own business. That transition required stepping away from stability, working through doubt, imposter syndrome and rewriting the story I had long told myself about what I was capable of. I realized that the bigger challenge was not the career change itself, but whether I truly believed I belonged on this new path. Over time, by trusting myself and continuing to grow. I proved to myself that I could build something different, even when others close to me questioned the decision.
