Cesar Lostaunau

Cesar A. Lostaunau is a transformational change leader, leadership coach, and mentor based in Chicago. He serves as Global Director of Workforce Engagement at Morningstar, where he leads strategic employee engagement programs. Guided by authenticity, positivity, and a deep commitment to community well-being, and proud of his Peruvian heritage, Cesar leads with purpose. He holds a finance degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, with additional training in project leadership, EQ coaching, and inclusion. 

Cesar credits HACE with shaping his career since his college days. Through its leadership programs, countless mentors, and career advisors, he found the guidance and community that helped him thrive. Today, he pays that support forward by mentoring others. He is deeply grateful to HACE and honored to stand with its supporters in opening doors for the next generation of Latino professionals.
