“I break barriers by helping others claim their voice and stop waiting for permission to show up for themselves. I’m able to do this because of my own lived experience. I, too, held back out of fear of getting it wrong or not doing it “right.” Over time, I learned that I was only shortchanging myself and limiting my own opportunities to advance. So I decided to show up differently and shed the beliefs that were holding me back. My current mission is to support the next generation of underestimated leaders by amplifying their voices, surrounding them with community, and sharing the strategies that worked for me.“
