“To me, being a barrier breaker means turning personal challenges into purpose. There were times in my life when I felt invisible, and those experiences pushed me to create something different. When my daughter was born, I promised myself I would help build a world where she could see leaders who look like her and understand that leadership exists in all shapes, shades, and sizes. That promise led to the creation of the Leading Lady Network. Every day, I’m still working to break barriers so the next generation of women knows that leadership belongs to them, too.”
