An educator at heart, Lisandra is passionate about bringing her unique perspective and approach to the work that she does as a servant leader for her community. Prior to making the transition to the non-profit world, Lisandra served in multiple roles within a variety of higher education institutions, gaining experience in project and program management, event planning, advising and coaching, recruiting, presentation and training delivery, and serving as an adjunct professor for undergraduate students.
