Luis Amaya is a Vice President at Northern Trust Asset Management, the investment arm of the Northern Trust Corporation, which is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Luis manages a team responsible for the oversight and operations of the Common and Collective Investment Trust (CIT) Products. Luis is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received a BA in Economics. Immediately after graduation, Luis started his career in the financial services industry. His first role was as a Fund Accountant, which quickly progressed to more senior roles and eventually led to managing a team of fifteen that was responsible for the daily valuation of portfolios valued over $100BB.
