Michael has galvanized internationally dispersed teams to deliver outstanding performances throughout mergers and divestitures, public-to-private and private-to-public transitions, reorganizations, business model and work culture transformations, and internal/external crises. He leads the people-focused tech organization as it transforms while also serving as a public board member at Emerald Expositions (EEX). Prior to his current role, Michael was Chief People Officer at NielsenIQ where he headed all HR activities for a workforce of 32K across 100+ countries.
