Mr. DeLeon’s practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, software licensing and intellectual property litigation for both high-technology clients and individual entrepreneurs. Ruben specializes in patent-related matters with a particular emphasis on electronics, computer technology and telecommunications. In addition, Ruben has represented clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
