In her legal capacity, Talita Ramos Erickson manages legal, compliance, and crisis management for the Region, with focus on U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. Since 2018, she has an additional business role managing the company’s restaurants division. From 2013 to 2016, she served as Barilla’s first Global Chief Diversity Officer, leading the company’s Global D&I Board and managing the implementation of a comprehensive Global D&I program.
