10-11am: Ruby Garcia

Ruby Garcia is a Leadership Development Consultant, Career Confidence Coach, Certified NLP Coach and Hypnotherapist. Ruby is best known for working with first generation corporate professionals, Latino/e/x professionals and women facing career and life transitions. Combining a mix of professional development and a deep commitment to human fulfillment, Ruby supports her clients in being who they want to be so that they can achieve their goals with speed and velocity. Her specialties include Leadership Development, Career Management, Personal Branding, Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

11:30-12:30pm & 1-2pm: Joel Perez

Dr. Joel Pérez is an executive and leadership coach, speaker, and consultant, passionate about helping leaders and organizations achieve their goals and develop a posture of cultural humility so they can have the impact and create the culture they desire. Joel is owner of Apoyo Coaching and Consulting, LLC and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He specializes in career transitions, identity-conscious leadership coaching and coaching professionals that want to develop their cultural humility. He has a certification in the MBTI, Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Gallup Strengths Certified Coach and is a certified coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching. He has over 20 years of experience in higher education, serving in various key leadership roles.

2:30-3:30pm & 5:30-6:30pm: Armando Sepulveda

Armando is passionate about helping clients achieve their potential. He has spent his career mentoring and coaching individuals in all aspects of their lives, both personally and professionally. Armando was certified as an Executive/Leadership Coach with the Hudson Institute of Coaching in June of 2021. Armando brings a passion for supporting the aspirational goals of those he coaches which drives his desire to support leaders in becoming the best they can be in their careers. His current focus is coaching young aspiring leaders and leaders in transition either inside their current companies or seeking new opportunities. He has led the Emerging Latino Leaders Program (ELLP) on multiple occasions for the non-profit company, HACE (Hispanic Association for Career Enhancement) . He also works with HACE to deliver Productivity Workshops to their sponsors and partners. Armando brings 30+ years of Senior Leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox Corporation and Canon Solutions America.

4-5pm: Murray Mann:

cultural intelligence, diversity & inclusion, human resources and multicultural career management. He brings 30+ years of stewardship in senior positions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Murray is Director of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coaching Center for the Forum on Workplace Inclusion at Augsburg University and Managing Partner/Chief Coaching Officer for Intercultural Workplace. He established these initiatives to transform inclusive workplaces through coaching. Murray has assisted hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals in achieving their goals. Murray co-authored Barron’s The Complete Job Search Guide for Latinos and its late 2021 updated edition, wrote over 100 published articles, has been featured in national media and is a recognized public speaker. He received the Latinos in Social Media’s (LATISM) first Best Latin@ Business Blogger Award. Murray was a founding board member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and recipient of the Prospanica’s (formerly National Society of Hispanic MBAs) Brillante Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Murray has served as President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Chicago Chapter and a leader of ICF’s global Cultural Competency Advisory Team. He holds coaching certifications in Executive Leadership & Development, Social & Emotional Intelligence, Career Management, Personal and Social Branding
