Senior Partnership Engagement Manager
Tatiana (she/her/ella) joined the mission in July of 2023 and currently serves as the Senior Partnership Engagement Manager. As an advisor, she comes to HACE with several years of experience working in nonprofit management, recruitment marketing, and talent development with a focus on social value creation through brand engagement. With a passion for learning and engagement, Talent Brand and People Experience are at the core of her work as a Global Talent Advisor in managing purposeful brand affinity projects to drive equity in developing talent pipelines. In addition to relationship building and organizational effectiveness, she has a passion for service and continuous improvement which she hopes to strengthen as a member of the Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships team. Her commitment to excellence, social impact, and collaborative leadership style drives the delivery of exceptional results for organizations seeking to build inclusive and engaging workplaces. Outside of her role at HACE, Tatiana is a social action advocate, Ed Tech enthusiast, HGTV and Trader Joe’s fanatic, and an aspiring angel investor.
