Fernando Delgado joined the Johnson and Johnson family as the new Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition in July of 2020. In this role Fernando sets the strategies and direction for a global team to attract and hire the top executive talent in all countries that J&J operates.
Fernando has also an entrepreneurial spirit and became Partner at Claremont Consulting where he helped establish, build, and scale their business in the Americas. Prior to Claremont he was with Johnson Controls where he served as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.
